April & Greg are really amazing people and an even better couple! They met in their college days. At that time, they were just friends. They adored each other and enjoyed each other’s company, but there was never a romantic relationship between them. But then, greg started leaving her secret admirer notes! How stinkin’ cute is that?! Well, he was so clever with them, that April left trails for him to leave more! After a few weeks, he reveled himself! And from there, they had their first official date! 

They went out on the town and before they knew it, it was almost morning! The time went by so quickly for them because they enjoyed each other’s company so much! They went out a few more times and always had the best time with each other, but they eventually took separate paths and lived out their own lives for a little while. But they always seemed to have each other in the back of their minds, remembering all the incredible times they had together. 

Well, in the early 2000s, they reconnected on social media! They talked and all those feelings came rushing back to them. They remembered how much they enjoyed each other, but April is a fiercely independent woman and wasn’t looking to settle down. 

All of that changed on June 23rd, 2012. She was visiting a friend in Tennessee, where Greg lived, and so they met up! They ended up going out for dinner and closing down the town, again! From then on, Greg pursued April with sweet gestures and told her he would do whatever it takes to find her heart. Well, he won her over, gained her respect, and he found her heart! They considered that date as their ‘unniversary’ but now, it’s officially their wedding anniversary date that they get to celebrate every year! 

On their wedding day, you could really see the love they have for each other. It was a beautiful wedding at The Barn At Big Oak in Franklin, GA – just outside of Newnan, Georgia. They got married in the chapel there with beautiful prayers, speeches, and even a special singing during their wedding ceremony. Greg was still keeping up with his sweet gestures throughout the day by having his niece (the flower girl) deliver her notes and gifts throughout the morning while they were apart getting ready for the wedding! Despite the morning rain, it was a beautiful day, a little hot, but still a perfect day for a wedding! April really thought about the little details and really brought the story together! 

These two are really special and I’m so honored that I got to be a part of their beautiful wedding day! Cheers to April & Greg!
