A Maternity Session at Turnipseed Nursery | Fayettevile, Georgia

I met Megan last fall while shooting a first birthday session for her son, Arlin.  Megan has such an amazing eye for style and designing photoshoots, and we clicked instantly. I remember telling her that I need her to style all of my sessions!  

 I am now so excited to celebrate with her and her family that she is expecting a baby girl in July!

We met at Turnipseed Nursery Farm in Fayetteville, GA for her Maternity session. We are all from Newnan, so the spot wasn’t too far from home. Megan wanted to shoot somewhere with flowers blooming, so this location was perfect for a beautiful garden photoshoot. We met early in the morning under an overcast sky.  The expected rain held out for us, luckily.

We walked around and utilized as much of the property as we could. There was a pond with a dock and a little canoe, a field of flowers, a green house with some beautiful doors on the inside, and gorgeous plants everywhere.

It was hot and humid, but I was working with a family of troopers! You would never know how hot and sticky it was outside from looking at the photos because this amazing team really kept their cool through the session.

 This family is one of my favorite SAPPY families and I can’t wait until July for baby girl’s newborn session. Stay tuned for the name reveal!
