On January 7th, I drove up to Dahlonega, Ga to photograph a beautiful, snowy wedding! This wedding was very special to me because the mother of the groom holds a very special place in my heart. She had a huge influence on me and my photography. So, when she called me to tell me her son is engaged and asked me to photograph the wedding, I was so honored!
Chelcee and Jamie are so great for each other! They love to be goofy together and they are so sweet to each other. I really enjoyed spending time with them! And, I am so glad that I got to be the one to capture their special day!
When she picked the wedding date, Chelcee had a feeling it would snow that weekend. But, once Georgia’s fall and winter ended up so warm, we started to lose hope. But, a cold front came in and caused it to create some beautiful snow for her! (People were telling them to go buy some lottery tickets.) So, they had the perfect Winter Wedding! With just their immediate family and best friends there, it was the perfect day!
